FORMULARY MANAGEMENT 

Palliative Drug Card also has the ability to provide formulary management.  We have developed our formulary through intensive research and development as well as input from our hospices, outside pharmacists, and clinicians.   It continues to get better each day thanks to the input from our wonderful clients, pharmacists, and clinicians.  Let PDC take the sometimes confusing mess out of formulary for you!

The formulary is simple to use and is an effective tool of ensuring the prescriptions you pay for are related to the patient’s diagnosis.  If using our formulary, you ALWAYS have the final say in what prescriptions you want to pay for even if they are outside the formulary.  YOU ARE IN COMPLETE CONTROL OVER YOUR PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN.
