Our Customer Support consists of a team of real people who are fully-trained experts and full-time employees of PDC Rx.
Every call is answered immediately and in person. No robots answering the phone when you call us. By dialing our toll-free number, a PDC Rx customer service representative will always answer your call — no phone tree here! Our customer service team is NOT an answering service that we outsource to a third-party company for after-hours calls. No matter when you call, the person that you speak with at PDC Rx is a full-time, trained expert on all things PDC Rx. This means that when an emergency arises our team is equipped and able to support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Our Customer Support is NOT a third-party answering service able to take down your information and have the next available person call you.
We put a lot of time and attention into the training and selection of who represents our PDC Rx customer service team. The majority of our interactions with our hospice customers and our pharmacy partners takes place through our customer service team. Our reputation and growth as a Hospice PBM is directly related to the satisfaction hospices and pharmacies have with our customer service team. Knowing this, we cannot afford for the team that answers our phones to be anything less than the best.
